wee! I gave up diet soda a while back and have way more energy. :)
I have been insanely addicted for as long as I can remember. The crazy thing is I don’t even really have cravings that much, it’s just the withdrawal symptoms that are so bad. Everything I’ve read said it’s easier to gradually ween yourself off instead of just quitting cold turkey but I didn’t really plan on quitting. I just randomly decided that I wasn’t going to do it anymore. It’s also difficult that other people in my house still do drink it so it’s still in my fridge and theres cans around the house and shit. I’ve tried quitting a few times before and the longest I’ve gone is 2 weeks but I’m really committed this time.
